Seroprevalence and Risk factors of Toxoplasma gondiiamong children in Al-Qadisiyah Province –Iraq

 Background: Toxoplasmosis is a disease associated with the nature of population, domestic quality and general health culture. Toxoplasma gondii causes many healthy psychological problems possibility transmission from mother to her fetus. The primary objective this study establish database infection rates among governorate's children, absence parasite prevalence rate children. Materials method: Four hundred sixty-three serum samples children 13 old under  were collected during period 6 Jan. 2019 12 Dec. 2019, all which were examined by ELISA test detect immunoglobulin IgM IgG. All results analyzed SPSS 20.  Results: The current referred high of T. gondii (23.3%), where ratios IgG (4.1% 17.9%) respectively. Compared present gender, age, environment animal contact. Conclusion:  Our registered in Al-Qadisiyah governorate, result represents researchers workers health. It's first concerning toxoplasmosis Province.&nbsp
